We're here because FINE DINING should be FUN and AFFORDABLE, not Frivolous. With us, you will learn the basics of how to elevate your dining with food, wine and ambiance.
Chef Cal, your instructor, began his passionate pursuit of food at the age of 16 when he entered the back door of a local small town restaurant and offered to wash dishes for free just so he could watch the chef create. He has now amassed over 45 years of professional experience, cooking for dignitaries, competing in the International Culinary Olympics (IKA) in Germany, was recognized as Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation and has owned four upscale and fine dining restaurants.
Blending his traditional French Escoffier training with his Italian heritage, his eclectic repertoire also spans cuisines from around the world including Asian, European, American, and many other countries and destinations.
Christa, aka Mrs. Chef, is Chef's sidekick/sous-chef and the Content Creator and Editor for Culinarily Yours. She will be your hostess and moderator for the event.
That lamb was the best I have ever made, and the best either of us has ever had even by restaurant standards. We are still talking about how thankful we are we did that class!
